The Town Rider
What is the Town Rider?
The Town Rider is a minibus service which operates on a pre-booking system. It is also known as Dial-a-Ride.
Who can use the Town Rider?
The Town Rider is to be used specifically by people with mobility problems. Its aim is to ease travel around the towns and villages within the catchment area.
What sort of journeys can be made on the Town Rider?
The Town Rider can used for journeys which cannot be made using timetabled bus services.

Book your journey by calling 0845 020 4322 up to a week in advance. The booking line is open from 9.00 a.m. until 12.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Bookings must be made by 12.00 (noon) on the day before you wish to travel.
We will arrange a convenient time and place to pick you up and slot you into our schedule. Please be as flexible as possible about the time you wish to travel.
Don't forget to book the return journey!

We will pick you up from your door or from another convenient place at the agreed time.
We use a wheelchair accessible vehicle, and our driver is on hand to offer assistance whilst passengers are boarding the vehicle and alighting from it.

How much will it cost?
The Town Rider is a free service to passengers that hold an All Wales Concessionary Travel Pass.
Other passengers must pay a fee for their journey.
